Our Whipped Tallow Calendula Balm is crafted with grass‑fed, grass‑finished tallow and blended with organic beeswax, raw honey, and a touch of lavender and vanilla essential oils. The result is a rich, creamy balm that melts effortlessly into the skin and feels incredibly soft and comforting.
Why Tallow?
Tallow has been used for centuries as a natural moisturizer. Its composition is remarkably similar to the oils naturally found in human skin, allowing it to absorb beautifully without leaving a greasy residue. Tallow also naturally contains vitamins A, D, E, and K—nutrients traditionally appreciated in skincare.
Calendula & Honey
We slow‑infuse our organic olive oil with calendula, a botanical long valued for its ability to soothe dry, cracked, or stressed skin. Raw honey is another time‑honored ingredient, known for its gentle, skin‑softening qualities and its naturally soothing feel. Raw honey is also known to be anti-bacterial and help speed up wound healing.
