St. John’s wort and cayenne have long been known for their natural soothing properties and pain relief, with St. John’s wort often used to help ease swelling. Calendula is valued for its antispasmodic qualities and is commonly used to support relief from muscle spasms. Peppermint offers a refreshing cooling effect and is traditionally used to help relax tense muscles and joints.
This blend also includes arnica and balm of Gilead—botanicals often used for their calming, anti‑inflammatory properties. They are also known to bring pain relief.
Together, these ingredients create a deeply comforting salve ideal for sore muscles, stiff joints, and everyday tension.
